Physical Therapist Email Phone: 715-261-1984 Michelle Russ has been providing school-based physical therapy for Marathon County Special Education since 2013 and community-based physical therapy for the Birth-3 Program since 2021. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology and a Master of Physical Therapy Degree from Carroll University and has over 25 years of pediatric PT experience. Michelle currently serves the school districts of Abbotsford, Athens, Edgar, Marathon, and Rosholt, as well as the Marathon County Birth-3 Program.
